• We deliver to the international via DHL.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location:
  • Standard delivery: 7 working days

• A tracking number is provided upon shipment to track your order in real time.

3. Shipping Costs

• Delivery is free for Europe, USA and UK.
• For other countries, shipping costs are 9.99 euros.
• Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Delivery Problems

• Charmizia cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
