1. Return period

  • You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return.
  • The returns are free within this time frame.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The jewel must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • Personalized or engraved items are not eligible on the way back.
  • Items on sale are not refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

3. Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@charmizia.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund or exchange at your choice.

4. Reimbursement

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method under 7 working days after validation of the return.
  • Initial delivery charges are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know in your return request. We will send you the new product after receiving the return.
